“MGM was very good when it came to communicating. When I had an issue, I was able to text them and they would reply within a reasonable time. The major issue was I was evicted twice under court order for non payment to the Apartment Complex. Apparently, MGM was behind on payment and the apartment complex canceled the lease.”

“My husband and I had to book this at the last minute because of an issue with a reservation with a different place. The approval was quick and relatively easy (they have a separate portal for verification). Since we were in town for a funeral and both needing to work during the week, we wanted a place that was quiet, comfortable, and convenient - this definitely fit the bill. I read another reviewer's comment about the firmness of the bed, and that's something I love. My back and hips did not complain, because the bed was so comfortable to me. The only minor issue we had involved the kitchen amenities, since we cook most of our meals at home. There were no oven mitts or kitchen towels, and we ended up buying a small cutting board and leaving it there since there wasn't one available.”
