“Very nice place, peaceful and homie.”

“The home and location was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms and beds. Very roomy. When we arrived, there were no towels, hand towels, or washcloths so we had to have them delivered later that night. The Wi-Fi was not working until we moved the router out of the laundry room to the living room. Garage door was not working, which was very inconvenient since you had to walk around the block to the front door. Spare room shower faucet was broken. The host company was very responsive although the garage door did not get fixed while we were there.”

“The property is touted at luxury, and it’s absolutely not. Don’t get me wrong: the place was clean and comfortable, but it wasn’t luxury. As an example, the shampoo was “sauve.” That’s available at the dollar store. Additionally, the flooring was laminant but the type that sounds like paper when you walk on it. That coupled with the far North (Westfield) location and the additional “subjective” rental Agreement and deposit (outside of Airbnb) they make you pay, this wasn’t worth the experience. Had I been staying longer than 2 days, I think I would have been more upset. The bed and overall place were comfortable - just overpriced.”
