MTM Premier Property Management reviews in Indiana

“It's a nice looking place. Nice beds. What was odd, is there weren't any dishwasher pods, no additional rolls of paper towel, and limited toilet paper. So we had to buy all three. For what we paid, we were surprised at these limitations. After you complete your reservation through Airbnb, you have to fill out additional information for them and include a copy of your driver's license. Didn't feel good about that. You have to message the host to get details on how to get into the property. We waited about 10 minutes which created some uncertainty. Normally, the information is sent via email. It seems the hottub photo was AI enhanced. It would have been nice to have the little table next to the hottub in the photo as there's no space to place some waters like in the photo. When you check out. You have to put the garbage in the can in the alley. Truly, if you had a photo of the backyard, you could not find this gate which we didn't. It just looks like a fence.”

“House was close to a lot of activities, restaurants and the beach.”

“Nice, large house and very clean and bright. Hard to find due to Google Maps taking you to the wrong location. Host very slow to respond to inquires. Nice outside area to hang out. Comfortable beds and pillows. Right down the street from a public beach and park.”

“Place was nice. We enjoyed our stay.”

“The property was clean, cute and cozy. We felt right at home.”
