“This review is not reflective of the owner or the property but of the property management company—unless the property management company owns the property. In order of items of annoyance: 1 - All the emails. You’re going to get emailed multiple times prior to the stay, during the stay, and oh my goodness prior to the checkout. Everything they feel they need to communicate will be placed in a separate email for each item. Probably automated, but needs fixed. Why can’t they just message through the app like every other Airbnb does? 2 - Requiring IDs for check in. This is something we already do for AirBnb. So to request IDs on a 3rd party site, is a breach privacy and simply not safe. 3 - 70 Decibels!!! This is a rule that’s not on the listing but will be emailed to you. If you’re louder than 70 decibels. Here is a list of things about 70 decibels: •Vacuum •hair dryer •Washing Machine •a running shower •A car interior while driving at high way speed. There’s more. But you get it.”
