“The stay itself was good, but check-in was scheduled for 4 PM and the property wasn’t ready until later. I was already there when I saw the message about the delay, so I had to wait. I’d appreciate a partial refund for the missed check-in time. And there was no towel but the place was nice but just would have like it they would have understood where I was coming from”
