Similar to what others have reported, this property has a lot of potential. However, the home needs significant maintenance to make it worth the cost. The patio and patio furniture are far past their prime and the windows are obviously failing. We found several holes in the home both in the ceiling (closets, light fixtures) as well as the outside of the home. The outside holes would easily allow pests inside. The primary issue during our stay was the inadequate a/c function during the extreme heat spell that occurred during our trip. The home heated to 85 degrees every day despite the a/c running constantly and the customer service changed hands so many times that we had to explain the problem repeatedly. They did not take us seriously and it took three days of our repeated complaints for them to send an HVAC professional who noted issues with the ducts. On our final day they finally provided portable a/c units. I will not book with Dream Rentals properties again.

This house was certainly not worth the price we paid. For starters, the first floor absolutely STINKS! It has a musty and possibly a mold smell. A neighbor told me the house flooded in April 2025. There are two dehumidifiers running on the first floor. We had to drain each one five times in the week we were there. The morning we left, they were full again, but we had enough by then, and just left them. Three people slept on the first floor, I am surprised no one got sick. The shower tub in one bathroom was clogged right from the start. Another bathroom had two entrances, but neither door locked. Our grandkids walked in on my wife taking a shower a couple of times. The bunk bed was very tight. Our three year old grandson could not even sit up on the lower bunk without hitting his head. The house is in need of over all maintenance. I would not recommend this house until they cleaned up the smell. It was way over priced.

This home has great potential to offer “luxury” amenities and a relaxing stay, but is not currently meeting even basic standards for a rental (especially at listed price). Unfortunately due to neglect/lack of maintenance, most amenities listed in the property were unusable. Dead Asian Beatles all over the home under beds, heater broken downstairs (only pumps AC), mice droppings under kitchen counters, mold in jetted tub, downstairs bathroom had instant standing water in shower. At least 70% of recess lighting downstairs, the bulbs were out. I had an entire window blind fall and slice open my hand due to blinds being broken and not replaced prior to arrival. Our family spent over 2 hours cleaning up garbage (broken glass, plastic bins, metal, sharps (yes needles!!) so the kids could enjoy being down by the river. We did receive a 25% refund for the inconvenience of our stay, which is why I haven’t listed everything as 1star.
