“Great stay!”

“Beware; this property is located in an unsafe location. I arrived for my check in on Friday afternoon. As I approached the area I began to have my doubts. When I turned down the street I was met with cars and people blocking the road. There were people on the porches yelling at one another and four guys standing in front of the property eyeing me and my car. When I was finally able to drive up the road to the nearest parking lot there were calls and yells at me. It was an unsafe situation. I immediately contacted Newman Hospitality to cancel the reservation and in short they told me they would not oblige. I contacted Air BnB to escalate and received little help. I never entered the property and stayed in a hotel far north of the property's location. I spoke with a series of local residents during my stay in Indianapolis who all said the same thing: this area of town is horrible. It is unsafe. You do not want to stay here.”

“For a much older house, I felt it was clean and home feeling. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were really nice. The backyard was cute. Some of my family members who are allergic to cats had an issue, no cats inside but we noticed them around the yard. Neighborhood was not the greatest/safest feeling”
