“the property was only ok… the shower liner needs changed, it’s stained, the toaster didn’t work, there were numerous things broken around the apartment that needs fixed.”

“This place is on the lower end of the price spectrum and is a good value, but the furnishings are sparse. The couch has no legs and sits 12" off the ground. I had to buy hangers for the place and the bar stools looked nice but that is about the nicest thing I can say about them. They were extremely uncomfortable but the only place to sit and work on a computer.”
