“Really great location for Downtown Indy! Close to everything and walkable! Its a bit of an "escape room" to get inside if you plan to park in the garage with 4 codes to remember. Also, its really quiet during the week, but the room is directly above the outside music stage at the bar next door. Its louder than being at a concert on Friday and Saturday night. I would recommend overall if these factors are not a concern for your trip.”

“Adequate. Clean apartment. Good area of the city to be. Management team was frustrating. Contradictory information in listing. Free parking noted. Fine print shows for an extra fee. They eventually waived parking. Also, didn’t get to the property until until 9pm, after a flight. The property managers messaged me 8:30pm whether I was going to arrive at all. I paid in full and the instructions were for self-check in. What would it had mattered had I arrived at 9pm or 2am. It wasn’t very welcoming and left me with the impression that they would have re-marketed the apartment had I not responded.”

“Friendly and helpful, but corporate management. Surface clean unit, lots of dust bunnies and stains. Basic setup and furniture, really low beds; small, thin towels. 2nd floor unit directly across from the elevator. Hallways and stairs smell like pot and kitchen smells mixed together. Nice balcony facing street. Lots of parking available. Good for a 2-day no-frills stay, but would not rent for a week.”
