“The Sandlot was a wonderful home with lots of room for our group of 11. The home was very clean and decorated beautifully. The property managers were helpful, access to the home was easy and they were accommodating of a special request. We will definitely be back!”

“We love taking our group on our annual retreat to Beachwalk Vacation. The neighborhood is beautiful. The accessibility to the beach is so nice to take our group to. If you have a group, large family, or you want to get away for a week or wknd, would highly recommend. This was the first time we had issues with the house we rented. The pictures did make the space seem larger than what it felt like once in the house. Our 17 was probably really the max for the Keys/Keylime. We also ran into some cleanliness and maintenance issues upon arrival into the house. HOWEVER, Beachwalk was very responsive! They sent a whole crew out to the house to reclean EVERYTHING before our group arrived. While we didn't expect what we found, they did what they could to make it right. Plus, they offered other spaces in their community resort building for our group to use while they did extensive cleaning.”

“House had a ton of beds for our large group, but there were a few things that were minor inconveniences. Lovely location and great amenities, but the home could use some minor updating to be comparable to others we have stayed in in this neighborhood.”

“We love the community this home is a part of, but this was not our favorite home. The home felt a bit run-down with weeds, especially the front and back yard. The front door stuck. The beds were very squeaky. The sprayer in the small sink didn’t work so it was hard to clean dishes (there was as also no stopper for the sink). The dishwasher broke on our 3rd day and was not repaired. We would have appreciated some compensation for the challenge of using the little sink for all the meals for the 8 of us. They did drop off extra towels and soap. The resort is beautiful and we love going every year but we would not recommend this home.”
