“Good location, plenty of beds, clean linens! A few things that stood out to me were…there were no ceiling lights/fans in the bedrooms, the bathrooms don’t have toilet paper holders, and the furniture in the living room is quite uncomfortable. There was also no toilet paper when we arrived at the house and, because it was later at night, the host didn’t respond to our message so we had to run to the store to buy some. I’m just glad there was a store that was still open! The host did offer to reimburse us for the toilet paper.”

“Address is actually 9790 Stonewall ln, prepaid but was still asked for additional funds to get code for door. had to wait for the cleaning people to finish even though we arrived after checkin time. Had to hunt for toilet paper in a drawer rather than accessible in the bathroom. people accessed the attached garage while we were there with no warning to us at all. when we questioned anything we were told we were wrong and given an excuse. The property was nice enough - lacked lighting in bedrooms - nothing attached to switches and comfortable furniture. But I won't do anything with this property mgmt company again”

“Long story, short. 1. The address was incorrect NOT SAFE WHEN YOU SHOW UP AT 2am!! We had spent over an hour trying to find it could easily have had dangerous altercations because of it! Walking up on random houses at that hour! 2. The wall plaster was peeling so bad pieces of it were on the floor, that we had to clean up. 3. The wire box in laundry had been left wide open. 4. The couch and chairs were not anything to relax on. My kids could have barely fit, not to mention they were so stained! 5. No toilet paper holders. 6. You look around neighborhood and there were so many houses that looked so run down. Broken blinds, plastic, etc. When we brought up the incorrect address, they sent us a screenshot of the address already fixed, but we already had a screenshot beforehand of the wrong address on the same page he sent. So they changed it to make it seem like we were in the wrong. Since then no communication. I would not recommend this company.”
