Checked in a little late, however, host was very responsive. Beautiful and peaceful home, exactly as described. Will definitely book again.

This is not a private host it’s a management company. They say on the listing that you must notify them in advance of extra guests, we planned to have dinner with a few of our team members that were staying at a different Airbnb and they wanted to charge us a $1000 non-refundable deposit. Their rules for the house are so excessive. Windows are missing blinds, shower leaks and toilet didn’t flush properly. I let them know with no response. Power went out and we didn’t hear from them till the next morning with a “I’m sure it’s temporary”. They won’t send check-in instructions until check-in and we didn’t get it till 15 minutes after 4pm. You do have to go off site to validate your id and pay an additional deposit for this home. So, just be aware. This isn’t really a host, it’s a property company and Airbnb is disappointing. We rented 5 airbnbs this trip and the most expensive was the worst to deal with.

House is nice, and clean. Honestly the house is not the issue or why I didn’t leave this place a 5 star, it’d because they will nickel and dime you for everything. 1. 5.99 for Keurig pods 2. 300 deposit outside of the Airbnb app (sketchy) Tons of other fee’s and it’s kinda pointless when these things should really be included. If you want a nice (budget) renovated house and to be nickel and dimed for anything you do or use in the house, This might be the place for you. We came in for family so had to stay here but much rather pay more for a hotel that doesn’t slam you w fee’s

The property itself has so much going for it — beautiful venue, wonderful neighborhood, and genuinely the most comfortable beds we've slept in at an Airbnb. The space has real charm and the overall aesthetic is lovely. That said, we encountered a few issues that impacted our stay and that future guests should know about. We found bugs in the unit, and the hot tub had debris in it and wasn't guest-ready. When we reached out to the host, the only response was a suggestion to use bug spray — there was no offer to remedy the situation or any form of compensation, which was disappointing given the issues. We'd also note that the master bedroom has large, uncovered windows with no shades or blackout option, so light starts pouring in around 4:30am — worth knowing if you're a light sleeper. We wouldn't return based on our experience, not because the property lacks potential, but because the host's response to legitimate concerns fell short.
