“House was dirty, host did offer to have someone come clean, but that should have been done prior to our arrival. Counters, floors, tables were all visibly dirty. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Basement is wet, there has been a lot of rain in the area, but the dehumidifier is just draining onto the floor. Front steps are broken, tripping hazard.”
