Beautiful location, smooth check in. I’d have to say this place definitely felt dirty due to all the maintenance issues around the place. It gives the feeling that someone else was there before you, makes it feel icky. Literally every wall consisted of dirt and scuff build up, including the bathrooms. The laundry room door had a large hole in it. None of the lights worked in the bedroom, had to use the desk lamp for light. The bed was wobbling to the touch (after assessing- the entire bed frame was completely leaning. The kitchen sink has the most rudest faucet, when you cut it on it sprays out in all directions forming water clouds like Niagara Falls. This Airbnb is the perfect example of “how to start a Airbnb business with bare minimum budget”.

It was a wonderful place to stay it was private and very clean and a very safe community to be in and over all it was an amazing place we 100% recommend it!!!

Be careful when booking with a management Company MGM. . There are no refunds. Once you book, you can cancel, but you will not be refunded at any time. The management company placed multiple holds on my credit card multiple times a day including after I checked out. They said they do this once a week. At one point my credit card company stopped all transactions and called me because they thought it was credit card fraud. I asked the management company to stop and they replied. We told you we would do this and the hold would stop once we know there is no damage to the property. I can understand a one time hold but there were up to 20 holds. I had to call my credit card company twice. I will not rent from a management company in the future. There were strict rules about quiet hours and twice there was loud music playing after midnight.
