“This cabin is lovely. It’s in a peaceful, wooded setting, surrounded by nature. We saw a ton of wildlife! The cabin was just as pictured ~ clean & comfortable. We were in the area to visit our student at SIU, and the drive back to Carbondale was quick, with easy access to lots of restaurants and shopping. Communication with Allison was clear, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. (No long list of to-do’s before you leave.) Highly recommend this terrific place!”

“The place was quite a bit larger than we needed for only two people, but provided the space for my teen to get some time to herself. It also had two separate bathrooms, which was a plus. It is very close to the university campus in Carbondale. The view from the back was impressive, and I suspect would be very nice in the fall. Nearly all of my communication was with Allison, who was very responsive.”
