“The lower ratings were due to check in issues unrelated to the procedures provided. There was some issues of it being not cleaned as well as it should’ve been; and an issue where the cleaning staff left the bathroom door locked and it took 12+ hours to get into it. Otherwise the location is very central and a positive. The unit is a back alley corner unit which has a lot of trash vehicles in the various mornings. So keep in mind noise could be an issue at times. Otherwise great spot and I would stay again.”

“it's was fine had an incident w the fire alarm not being replaced which caused me to leave a couple days earlier. at some point I wanted to extend my stay and they were doubling the price overall good. average. did not go above and beyond when they could've”

“Not only is the apartment an enjoyable stay, there is a great community within the building and the amenities are impressive. Fantastic pool deck with some of the best views from the 24th floor.”

“Apartment was in a wonderful neighborhood, with lots of stores and restaurants in walking distance. It’s a very safe neighborhood and very aesthetically pleasing. Check in was very clear and easy. Loved the place. Only complaint is the lighting and the couch needs updating. Those issues are very minor, and overall the place was amazing.”
