Blueground in Illinois

“Apartment was in a wonderful neighborhood, with lots of stores and restaurants in walking distance. It’s a very safe neighborhood and very aesthetically pleasing. Check in was very clear and easy. Loved the place. Only complaint is the lighting and the couch needs updating. Those issues are very minor, and overall the place was amazing.”

“I thought the whole experience at The Chicagoan was awesome. From the door people to the location. Here's a few exceptions. 1- dryer did not dry clothes. 2-list is described as Luxury; the space was far from luxury. There were quite a few things missing in just the kitchen, salt, pepper, foil, sharp knives, etc., cabinet doors stuck like glue. 3-very dusty. Overall, I would this stay a 7 out of 10 only because of the items listed. I will stay at Blueground again. I do travel extensively and my stays are usually 16 weeks or longer.”

“This is a gem in the middle of the city. It was very comfortable with a great kitchen and plenty of space to work with a nice view. It was well supplied and furnished and a huge plus was access to the building gym. Perfect location for getting around the city. Would stay again on my next visit!”

“After reading the reviews for this place, I was worried about getting charged an extra cleaning fee at checkout. However, I followed their checkout instructions and wasn’t charged any extra fees at all, even though I stayed for 7 weeks. There was some train noise, but the entire building was clean, new, and well-maintained. The building staff were very nice, and the Blueground team was very responsive whenever I had issues or questions”
