“Great location with a bus stop just over the hill from the place. We were surprised to learn that the fare was free and we scooted into downtown Ketchum super easy each day.”

“Great little condo, lots of things to do and see, it was clean and comfortable. I have a big lifted truck and was able to get into the underground garage with no problems. It’s spring now and we had beautiful scenery and still a lot to do but some places don’t open until Memorial Day. I recommend the place for anyone that wants to enjoy the most of what the area has to offer.”

“My stay wasn't great, but it wasn't bad either. If I booked again, I'd try to go somewhere nicer. The pictures looked fine but it is a lot smaller inside than I thought. The listing said it was 2 beds, but I was thinking that meant 2 real beds. In reality, it was 1 queen bed and 1 pull-out couch bed. The couch would've been fine but there were was only 1 very thin sheet and 1 thin blanket on it. So I was cold all night sleeping in that. I could've turned the heat up but did not want to make my friend staying in the 2nd bed hot. I looked around for some spare blankets anywhere, but could not find any. There were lots of flickering lights - one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. Very annoying but not a big deal. Overall, I picked this because I was just saying a single night in Sun Valley, but if I had to do it again, I would've spent another $100 or even $200 more and been more comfortable.”

“Not the best and not the worst place I have stayed in. This place looked clean but on the second morning I spotted two cockroaches. Entry was straight forward enough but having to enter in a 9 digit code to enter the rental was over kill. Leave it at four that way your guests don't have to scramble for their phones to get into the rental every time. Also, when a guest asks about the possibility of late check out don't send an automated response that says to wait for a notification to see if you are eligible. Just answer the question..with a yes or no. If you are traveling alone, or as a couple there are cheaper more convenient options in Ketchum.”
