“The arcade was broken, not enough linen to not have to do laundry every single day, kitchen lacked enough dishes to cook for the quantity of people whom could stay over.”airbnb

“I usually try to leave the best possible review and this will be no different. This property is owned by a vacation rental company. Communication with the host was virtually nonexistent. They have an AI responder that was not helpful and a real person may or may not respond during business hours. There is no phone number listed to call the host. When the host did finally get back to me more than 12 hours later, they were very apologetic and answered the most urgent requests (even brought chocolate). I do think they care, just not enough to really change. They turned the AI off at that point, but any communication after 5pm any day was ignored. Other cons: light switches everywhere but nothing labeled, upstairs has basically no AC and it was very hot up there, kitchen doesn’t have enough cooking supplies or utensils, no info sheet. Pros: the pool was great, the tvs were large, a couple extra life jackets, fridge in garage, quiet neighborhood.”airbnb

“I would not stay here again. Problems started before arrival when we were informed at 3:17 PM on check-in day that check-in would be delayed until 6:00 PM. Upon arrival, the home was dirty and poorly maintained. The refrigerator had not been cleaned, the upstairs toilet would not flush, there were wet stains throughout the carpeting, and multiple items were broken or damaged. The air conditioning was also not working properly. When I contacted the host, it took approximately 16 hours to receive a response. Guests are also not allowed to lower the thermostat below 73 upstairs. If this is a house rule, it should be clearly disclosed in the listing. I would not have rented the property had I known this. The host requested access to the property multiple times during our stay and acknowledged many of the issues when I raised them. Even after a handyman visit, the upstairs toilet remained unusable. Overall, the property was not clean, not well maintained, and communication was poor.”airbnb

“Stayed at two other properties that are ran by this couple and they were great. This property at first looked great too, but turned out to be a huge disappointment. Dog, cat and human hair covered every single part of the house. Every piece of furniture, every pillow every sheet, every corner, stayed here a week and every type of hair keap on turning up everywhere. Didn’t cook anything in the house because hair was literally on all the dishes, the $20 vacuum from Walmart Didn’t vacume up any hair and the mop they left had no pads. Had to go by a vacume so we could at least vacuum up some of the hair. Very disappointing experience compared to their previous properties. Need to do a complete cleaning from top to bottom to make it livable without hair ending up on you or your mouth.”airbnb
