“This place was very peaceful with beautiful views of bald mountain. It's toward Warm Springs and a little removed from downtown Ketchum. It was a nice location. The place was clean, comfortable, and met all of our basic needs. There are two full bedrooms and one loft bedroom each with their own bathroom. I will warn you that this place has three levels with a good number of stairs and during August (when we were there) the temperature rises with each level you go up. No air conditioning, but there are a few fans that we used. I'm sure that's no problem in the winter. Again, the place was clean but could use a little up-keep and improvements. Overall, it was a decent place to stay but next time might splurge to find a hot-tub.”

We know this is occasionally the situation with mountain town rentals, but the listing doesn’t come out specifically and say it doesn’t have air conditioning, so it’s easy to assume a multimillion dollar property would have central air conditioning.”

“Convenient location. Fairly basic interior. Worn furniture. Unusable sofa bed due to being very worn out. Could use a deep clean of walls, knobs, around toilets. But fit our needs ok and enjoyed the walkability.!!”

“WARNING: ILLICIT DRUGS FOUND AT RESIDENCE This is my first bad Airbnb review in 10+ years. We found illicit drugs between the couch cushions and our dog got THC poisoning due to the drugs left at the residence. I had to pay $300+ in vet fees to treat our dog after the poisoning due to the host’s incomplete cleaning. When I reported to the host they refused to accept accountability or pay damages even though all vet reports, receipts, and photos were provided. I understand that mistakes happen so I tried to work with the host discretely to deal with the matter/get damages covered but they won’t be reasoned with or respond to messages. Thankfully, Airbnb recognizes that the host’s treatment is inappropriate and apologized for what we went through. Airbnb has requested the host pay for damages but they refuse to do so. Because of this, Airbnb has spent their own money to cover damages that are not their fault, but the hosts fault. Check their google reviews to see other incidents.”
