“This was, without question, the worst Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. We found rodent droppings in every bedroom, every bathroom, the kitchen, and the living room. We immediately notified the host and spent part of our vacation cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing the house ourselves because we didn’t feel comfortable staying in those conditions. The next morning, we woke up to fresh rodent droppings in the kitchen again, and rodents had gotten into our dog’s food. That was the final straw, and we left a night early. We also arrived to molded coffee in the coffee pot, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and towels left in the dryer. A cleaning fee refund did not come close to addressing the sanitation issues or the fact that our vacation was cut short. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property.”
