“I rent a lot of airbnbs and really do not like giving a negative review, but feel future renters need to know. I will start with the positive. The house had a lot of character and was spacious. Kitchen was charming. It is super close to downtown Hailey making it a great location. House felt private. The yard was really overgrown and not well maintained. We waded through long grass to get to the house. The first 36 hours there was very little hot water. Host did come address this pretty quickly and was respectful of coming at a convenient time. Then I noticed mouse poop on my bed and on cream colored carpet. I asked them to come vacuum my room and was upset when host responded they could come if I felt it was excessive- mouse poop is not acceptable in my mind so they came. The next day there was more mouse poop on the carpet. I kept my bags high on a bookshelf and zipped at all times. Rugs in bathroom although clean were white, but had dirt stains on them. Host could make improvements!”
