“The Dover area can’t be beat. It is a great community with quick access to great beaches, parks, boating, and very nice people working within. This house is very clean and well stocked. However, we found the traffic behind this house is quite busy, and the sprinklers run frequently, 2-3 times per day, leaving the grass and road very wet and messy. We were also disappointed with the boat parking situation. The HOA rules state that boats can be parked in the driveway for up to two weeks, but we were told we couldn’t park our boat there due to Airbnb rules. Being in a lake community, this was disappointing and made bringing our boat more challenging. Unfortunately, we also lost hot water on our last day and were without hot showers for over 24 hours. The team was responsive, but the communication felt quite automated and, while we received quick responses, they weren’t always helpful in resolving the issue. Should you not run into these problems, this is a great home to stay in.”

“We loved our vacation to Dover! It was a great space and very close to the lake! Host was very responsive, and fast to reply. Although they did not quite know what was available to us within the home. FYI, for any future guests: there is a barbecue, there are beach towels, and a starter pack of basic supplies is provided. Overall great space! Very clean!”

“We brought our family up for long weekend over the Fourth of July. We had such a great time in a perfect spot and a great house for a family. There is a good amount of space and a loft that the kids could hang out in! We very much enjoyed our stay!”
