“We were looking for a place to stay for a local concert and extended trip for other activities. This is a great location, and easy drive from Sandpoint (10 min or less). There is also a walkable restaurant for lunch/dinner, Dish at Dover Bay, with indoor/outdoor seating and plenty of options for GF, which was fantastic as one of our party has celiacs disease. We would stay here again if ever in the area and would recommend it to others!”

“We travel to Dover every summer. We’ve stayed in many of the rentals and this one did not disappoint. 8 quests Large porch with grill and seating. Kitchen was well stocked (although the ice dispenser/ water in fridge did not work— 2 ice trays provided). The upstairs is very spacious, seemed a little warm in comparison to the rest of the house. Beds are comfortables. Bathrooms are clean and well stocked. However, the “master” bath is very small and the shower door is VERY tight/awkward to the bathroom door. (May not be suitable for plus size body with bathroom door closed). Overall great place, we would stay here again.”

“Generally the house was nice and comfortable. It was well stocked with lots of dishes and spices etc. & good appliances. Beds were comfortable. There was an excellent BBQ on the deck. Good water pressure in showers. Nice quiet community. We were comfortable but the house needs a bit more attention regarding cleaning the front door etc. Front deck furniture had a torn cushion and was dirty. Front railings, door and stoop were dirty and covered in bugs in corner which we were told it was to be expected being by the lake but it could have been wiped down before we arrived. Wifi was spotty and signal kept going out when watching TV but was informed listing didn’t come with cable so that was to be expected.”

“This was our second time back to this Airbnb and we loved it even more than the last time! Everything was super clean. Dover is a great place to stay, it’s a beautiful little community and such a quiet and safe area. We really enjoy walking the little loop through the Dover park, over the bridges, and back to the condo along the creek. Highly recommend!”
