“The house is very large and would be ideal for multiple families traveling together. The location was also great for us, being only about 20 minutes from Silverwood. Unfortunately, there were several issues that impacted our stay. The listing stated that the house had air conditioning, but there was only ONE portable AC unit in the living room. The upstairs bedrooms became extremely hot, so we had to purchase another portable unit. We notified the host, and they worked with the owner to reimburse us for the additional unit. There are now two units in the house, which should make a difference. The refrigerator was also completely iced over, which prevented our food from getting cold, and the freezer did not produce ice. The backyard swing set and tree house are safety concerns and should either be repaired or removed. With some attention to these issues, this place could be great!”

“Well worth the price for the space. We had nine of us in the house and it was perfect for boys to run around and play. My husband also had a birthday while there and it was a perfect spot to celebrate his big milestone birthday. Great place to entertain and friendly neighbors across the street. I’d given the chance we’d definitely stay there again.”

“Great place! Very clean, well laid out, and clear instructions. Location was really nice. We were close to things but also felt nice and rural. Would recommend to families/groups.”
