“Definitely not the same as the pictures many of the units need a lot of TLC, I was canceled and moved to another unit due to one I booked was down for maintenance then I went into other unit they gave me it also needed many maintenance items. definitely should be better up keep on these nice units.”

“The ice machine in the room makes sleep difficult if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise the space worked for a one night stay. The excessive emails and text messages are a major turn off.”

“Overall good experience. Cleanliness was partial - cobwebs and dust bunnies in a few areas. Was a little difficult to get responses regarding early check in. The bed frame was also broken during our stay which caused the bed to slump in the center.”

“The house itself was nicely renovated, in a great location, and comfortably accommodated our large group of 8. The interior was a positive part of our stay and overall the property had a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the backyard was a major disappointment. The listing photos show a beautiful, landscaped grassy backyard, but the actual yard did not look like the photos. There was no grass, and landscaping was still being completed when we arrived. The work continued until around 6 PM, which was two hours after our scheduled check-in time. This was especially disappointing because having a usable backyard was one of the reasons we chose this property for our group. I also tried to connect with the property prior to arrival but only received communication through the automated system, which made it difficult to get answers to questions before our stay. Overall, it was a great house with a lot going for it, but the inaccurate AI backyard photos was a let down.”

“Reviewing this stay is challenging. The positives were the house size was perfect for our group and in a nice area. The host was quick to respond to messages. From there I don't have many nice things to say. Here were the main issues: Smoke Detectors went off every time we used the stove/oven - I spoke with the host they offered to come out and replace batteries. We left for the day and when we came back the ladder was still in the living room where we left it so not sure if they came or not. The problem persisted the entire stay. Hair on the sheets, pillow cases, and shower walls in the primary bedroom. Two damaged couches, one with the seat cushion ripped in multiple spots, one of the recliners in the theater room didn't work. Two broken doors. Kitchen supplies were not restocked, but everything was in garage? We found out the house was sold and I am assuming we got the "don't really care" anymore experience. Disappointing for the price we paid to stay there.”

“Thank you for allowing us to stay at your rental. Overall, it was a good experience. I didn’t appreciate that we requested to check in earlier after being asked if we wanted to add an extra day to our stay and no one ever responded. It would have been nice to check in slightly earlier than the 4pm check after traveling all day. The hot water and water pressure in the shower was sub par at best. Enough hot water for one person to shower then less than Luke warm. Also, spent the $60 to get some new window covering so that the room is lit up at 6am. Next time we will look for something a little closer to town so that we can walk to more attractions vs driving and paying to park.”

“This was a great sized home for our weekend in Coeur d'Alene for the marathon/activities! There were plenty of amentities with the home, and the host did mention the potential for early check in; I contacted the host multiple times 24 hours prior to check in, with no response until after the 4p check in time, so travel to/check in was a little stressful. The host was quick to respond afterwards, but communication beforehand is important. Overall, this was a nice home to stay in Coeur d'Alene.”
