“Nice stay Good local”

“This was exactly what we were looking for! This was our first trip as a family to CDA, and this property was clean, exactly as described, and plenty of space for our family of 4. We loved that it was walkable to lots of shops and restaurants, yet a close drive to the beach and downtown CDA. We also walked down to the water front restaurants and docks that were near the unit each morning. The host was super responsive, even being forthcoming with the option to come early or stay late if our trip would have allowed. The only thing I would mention is that we had 2 paddle boards and a kayak on our roof so could not clear the garage parking; however, there was plenty of parking close to the unit that worked for us. We just had to leave those items unsecured on our vehicle. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for an affordable and nice option in CDA. It was great!”

“Clean space. Comfy bed. Close to the heart of CDA. Was in town for the marathon and it was perfect. We would gladly stay here again.”

“This was the perfect spot for our large group of friends and family to hang out together and make meals in. For people with little kids, it was really nice having the basement living room for the adults to hang out in when the kids were asleep upstairs. Everyone in our group was comfy here!”

“A great stay while running the CDA Marathon! It’s a bit tight for two people but a perfect option for staying on a budget with great amenities. I’d definitely stay here again!”

“This stay was very nice, the only thing I would say, is that it is very loud, the walls are thin so you can hear neighbors and people walking or talking outside. Other than that everything is clean and it’s a super cute space!”

“Cute small home. Walkable to lake and downtown. Clean. Kitchen is not well stocked especially if you want to cook. Comfortable beds and living area.”
