“First, we got there with all of our groceries that we went to store and got we were staying there for a week. There were refrigerator did not work. I contacted them. They did not never get nobody out there. I lost over $300 in groceries. My medicine went bad, I had to throw it away. They was not considered at all, told them.I was a diabetic, had to have my shots in the fridge.They didn't care.Washer and dryer didn't work right?Dishwasher didn't work.There was dead bugs on the floor there was hair all over the beds”

“The house is not what you expect from the photos listed. House was very dirty inside whoever does house keeping needs to be fired. Washer is broken. Fridge is no good over 150$ of food went bad due to not being cold. Owner responded but nothing was done to accommodate us for the two weeks we stayed here .”

“The house itself has potential. I can tell whoever did work to the house did a good job and it is cute. However the home does not match all of the advertise photos so it's a bit deceiving. The house did meet our needs and the AC worked really great. I think the cleaning needs to be stepped up and is not worth any kind of cleaning charge we may have acquired. There were hair ties and hair left in the bathrooms. There was pubic and body hair left on the sheets which concerned me that the sheets had not been changed. This prompted us to at least change the sheets on our children's bed so I could ensure hopefully they had clean beds. The trash seems to be an ongoing issue given the fact that there were reviews from last August stating the trash build up. I have photos showing all of the trash build up is still a current problem. Disgusting. Overall the house met our needs but I feel like it was a rip off and wasn't as clean and put together as it should be...”

“Everything started out great, but our experience went downhill once we went to bed. We were disappointed to find a significant amount of body hair all over the master bed sheets. When we tried to wash them, the washing machine began shaking so violently that it rocked the entire house, which was honestly pretty alarming. ​The next day, we discovered the refrigerator wasn't cooling properly (though the freezer worked fine), so I’d advise future guests not to leave perishables in there. On a positive note, while the backyard grass was initially overgrown, someone did come to trim it halfway through our stay. With better property maintenance and a deeper clean, this could be a wonderful place to stay.”
