“The pictures of the home are accurate. The decor and furnishings are really nice. The house looks like a new build, which we loved. The only issue was that there was some visible wear and tear within the home. For example, stains on the walls, holes in the wall that weren't completely patched, the sliding glass door lock is broken, rugs were stained in places, and we found hairs in the sheets (had to purchase our own sheets). There was also a strong odor in the garage. All of these issues were communicated to the property management company. The house is so beautifully built, it takes away when you see the visible wear and tear from previous guests.”

“This home had all the space our family needed for our vacation in Scottsdale. Great location also. Management was quick to respond to our request for items needed. The pool was great and the grandkids love it. Kitchen was well equipped. A couple things I would like to point out that need addressing... 1. The two king bed desperately need replacing. They both sag terribly in the middle. We did not sleep well because of this :( 2. The backyard needs some TLC. The grass is in poor shape and full of burrs. Many dead trees and shrubs (some trees had fallen and were just left there). The furniture needs to be cleaned and some replaced. Some cushions were stained and/or torn. There was a ping pong table in the yard but the accessories were in very poor condition along with the table its self. If these things were taken care of we would surely rent again.”

“We had a great time and the house was just the right size! Some of the pictures don’t watch what it looks like when you get there. But overall good experience and would totally look at staying at this house again!”

“This property was nothing like we expected. List of problems: The pool lights did not work which the host knew before we checked only mentioning it when asked There were stains in the pool with w golf ball stuck The chairs listed by the pool are not present and are in the back of a shed covered in dirt and broken The backyard was covered in large weeds making areas unusable The grill was dirty and unusable The fire pit was under the wood awning with cigarette butts around it. No chairs for the fire pit found broken in the shed. The master carpet had excessive stains and was crispy to walk on The beds decorative pills were covered in stains with a foul odor There was wall damage and a hole in the master bathroom The hot tub was coated in dirt and unusable The guest bathtub had stains and was rusted There was a large brown stain in the main living room carpet Host said they’d get back to us about issues and then just didn’t respond to us or Airbnb. Emergency booked another bnb”

“Find an alternative if looking for a spot for your group. Property has wear and tear as expected from a management group vs owner. We had issues with plumbing unfortunately. Showers had backed up with sewage - were unusable for part of our stay. Water pressure was also an issue - just lacks basic upkeep. Would suggest alternatives based on price.”

“This was my first Airbnb experience, and it was disappointing. While the interior looked similar to the photos, the exterior was not clean, with overgrown vegetation blocking the entrance. Upon arrival, there was paint splattered across the kitchen floors, cabinets, countertops, and even the sink, making the kitchen unusable. Paint was also in the master bedroom. I reported it but received no response, so I had to buy cleaning supplies myself. The sheets didn’t seem clean, a bathroom light flickered, and a random duffle bag was left in the closet. There was an overwhelming scent from multiple air fresheners. The property had only one TV, and streaming issues limited its use. Soap products were unlabeled, which is concerning for sensitive skin. Most alarming, we returned one evening to find the front door unlocked and open after securing it. This felt unsafe. I received a partial refund with supports help, I believe a full refund was warranted. Overall, a very poor first experience”

“The place was as pictured - but closer review showed wear and tear. Area is nice and convenient next to a grocery store and restaurants of Old Town. House is spacious. There was black mold on the ceiling of the master shower and then a smell that developed and persisted after night 2. Also the fan over the stove made a strange noise and the light was broken. These can all be fixed, and just wished they were for our stay.”
