“The property itself it’s beautiful, very nice neighborhood. It’s 1 hour to YNP & 2 hours to GTNP. We had trouble connecting with the host, the first day I asked where were the trash bins located as they were not in front of the property, 1 day nothing all the way to the 5th day we were leaving nothing we never got a response. We needed to use the grill to cook some stake and we couldn’t it was extremely dirty.”

“Check in process was difficult to handle after 14 hours of drive. Front door smart lock was not working and deadbolt got jammed. It was horrible to deal with situation at midnight 1 am. Garage door pin does not work. Very inconvenient as always need to use main door to open and close the garage door. Apart from this, everything else was good.”
