A larger group or a group with kids could definitely thrive there. The recommendations by the hosts were great. Any questions I had, they were very quick to answer. “We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this cabin! Everything was as described, and the house was easy to find. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and straightforward. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the kitchen. It was well equipped with all the utensils we needed for daily cooking, along with the basic kitchen essentials, which was very convenient for our family. The cabin was comfortable and family-friendly, and our kids really enjoyed staying there. Overall, it was a great place for our trip to Yellowstone, and we would happily stay here again. “We had a great stay at this Sawtelle Group property in Island Park. The location is absolutely primo—easy to get to and a perfect home base for exploring Yellowstone as well as the surrounding forests and outdoor areas. The property itself was comfortable, well located, and made the trip very enjoyable. The only things I would suggest for improvement are the kitchen cookware and the grill. It would be great to have higher-quality pots and pans that aren’t nonstick. The grill grates were clean, which we appreciated, but the rest of the grill could use a good cleaning as well., but these are not huge sticking points just nice to haves! Overall, though, we had a amazing experience and would definitely stay here again. The location alone makes this property a fantastic choice for exploring the area”

“The property is in a great location, about a 30-minute drive from West Yellowstone. It is convenient for getting around and has everything a family needs for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive, and communication was smooth. We had a wonderful three days exploring Yellowstone National Park. It would be even more convenient if the washer and dryer could be located in the living area not the bedroom.”

“The only negative about this place was having to leave it. It was literally perfect. We stayed here with our kids and my sister and her son for a couple days while we visited Yellowstone. It was easy to find, but perfectly tucked away in a gorgeous area by a little river. The cabin was absolutely spotless. The furniture, carpeting, and linens were so cozy, as well as the decor made it feel so welcoming and warm. The kitchen was well organized and had everything we could need, and the hot tub was such a nice way to end our day. If I would have known this place was this perfect, I would have made sure to book more nights here. We didn’t want to leave! 30 minutes to Yellowstone’s West entrance was wonderful too. We will absolutely be back. Thank you!”
