“We loved this lovely townhouse! The decor was beautiful, the kitchen well stocked, and there was plenty of room for two couples. The garage had ample beach gear and bikes, and the community beach and pool were wonderful and within walking distance. Our only challenge was parking. The listing stated one parking space, but the photo showing the garage confused me into thinking there might be additional parking. We learned less than a week before arrival that the garage was for the owner's use, creating stress since we were traveling in two vehicles. The management team was responsive and kindly arranged another space a few buildings away, promptly delivering the missing parking placard. We did notice ample unused parking during our stay, which was disappointing. Clearer communication about parking in advance would have helped tremendously. Overall, a lovely place to stay, and we appreciated the management team's responsiveness!”

“Outlets in Kitchen didn't work nor did the patio grill. Couldn't' access the garage therefore no fuse panel access. Wire shower caddy broke, falling on my calf cutting me. No renters lock on the front door or the patio sliding door so I was a little uneasy. After a quick google search I found that Hawaii does not require so there's that. The pool allowed us to enter at 907pm, it verbally welcomed us after swiping the card key it spoke welcoming us to the pool area. We tried to leave around 930pm and we were locked in. No security to help us and we didn't bring our phones to the pool area, we were forced to scale the fence to escape. In a strange universe, kind of my fault for not reading the pool rules before entering but why in this universe would it allow me to enter after pool hours but not leave. Like a bad Eagles song. House was beautiful, clean and the Resortica was hospitable and resolved matters in a reasonable time frame. I would use Resortica but not at this property.”

“We loved our stay in Mauna Lani. We snorkeled at the Beach Club 5 times. We ate breakfast on the Lani and dinners at the dining room. We even grilled out at the pool. We had 5 of us in 3 bedrooms. Everyone had their own bathrooms. Plenty of space for everyone.”

“Great place. Exceeded expectations. Host was very communicative. About 5 minute drive to the beach club beach, or the tide pools the other way. Great location all around. Very clean.”
