“Great place to stay on Kona side”

“We had an amazing stay. This place has everything you can think of from making breakfast, beach gear or doing a quick load of laundry. Beds were comfortable, house was immaculate. We loved that we were only 30-45 minutes to Kona and located near the Waikoloa Village. We will definitely book again if come back.”

“Really great stay in Waikoloa! Highly recommend this Airbnb, especially if traveling with children. The host was very responsive- I noticed the coffee maker wasn’t working and within an hour of notifying them, they brought us a brand new coffee maker! Amazing! The place was spotless, plenty of pillows, blankets, beach accessories, air fryer, anything you need- it was all there. Plus, having a washer/dryer is such a huge plus- something hotels can’t provide. And the space is right next to the pool, so it was easy for me to take my older kid to spend an hour at the pool while our little one took a nap. We also took advantage of the Hilton pool pass, which was super fun. We just use the valet and had the ticket validated at a restaurant onsite. Highly recommend!”

“Everything was as described/photographed. Condo was clean & had comfortable furniture inside and on lanai. Location was fantastic. Views were beautiful. And we appreciated the beach supplies. Resortica was responsive to questions/needs. The bedroom did get warm in the evenings, but we found a fan in the closet which helped. We would stay here again.”

Living room was perfect for World Cup viewing and family games. They were super responsive when we needed help. Highly recommend!”
