The view was amazing and we had a lovely time sitting on the porch enjoying it! Great restaurants and shops in walkable distance. The host was also very responsive even when we had issues off hours. Overall a great place to stay in Kona!”

“Such an incredible condo in the best possible location on Big Island! I've stayed at multiple condos in the area in the past, but this location beats them all - easy walk to the shops, ice cream, Lava Lava, and past Marriott to the beach. The condo itself has a convenient and quiet patio. Easy walk to the pool – it's an infinity pool which makes you feel like you're staying at $$$ resort. Wi-fi was fine, no issues overall. Very well equipped kitchen. The communication was top notch, any questions were addressed in an instant. Would love to be back!”

The location is perfect and the house was very comfortable in all respects. I would have loved to see a few kitchen items (olive oil + non-scratched set of pans), but other than that lovely space!”

The location was perfect — close to amazing beaches, shopping, restaurants, and everything we wanted to explore on the Big Island. The condo/home was extremely comfortable, well-stocked, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The entire check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy, and Resortica was incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. “all the benefits and luxury of the Hilton Waikoloa Resort without all the hassle of small rooms and long hotel hallway walks. Great location, Great Hosts, Great food near by. I highly recommend going up waikolo to KTA for cheaper and better groceries than the queen's market place if youre planning on using the kitchen more than eating out. overall Great stay!”
