“We enjoyed our stay in this unit. Great location, walk to pool, beach and market/shops. Also, the lanai and doors that open fully are nice and the master bedroom was comfortable. Two things we did not like, the twin beds in the second bedroom are on wheels, creaky and felt a bit cheap. Also, the dryer was broken the entire trip and the only suggestion Grand Welcome gave us was the location of a couple of offsite laundromats. We also had to get one of the FOBs reprogrammed that wasn't working, but that wasn't a big deal. Final suggestion, the kitchen has all the utensils, etc. but there is no salt/pepper or cooking oil. Maybe I shouldn't expect that but we left some for the next people. Overall, we would stay here again, and I would recommend for anyone looking for a resort experience.”

“You can’t beat the Hali’i Kai neighborhood, and 15A is in an amazing location - direct ocean view and short walk to the Ocean Club (pool, gym, bar/restaurant). Short drive or bike ride to shops, restaurants, etc. (bikes not included at 15A) Bedding, towels, pool/beach towels and some beach items are readily available and easy to find, also games and books for guest use. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, cooking items, silverware and dishes etc. One thing to note is every other rental we’ve stayed in has had a cupboard with things either stocked by the host or left by prior guests - spices, condiments, cooking spray, foil, ziplocs, etc. The only thing in this unit was salt and pepper and coffee filters. The a/c unfortunately went out halfway through our 9 day stay, and it happened on Christmas Eve. While the host was responsive and sent a repair person, it wasn’t able to be fixed during our stay. Inconvenient and uncomfortable at times, but not the end of the world.”
