“Since this might be the first review on this property I will try my best to be fair and balanced. Check-in Poor Took several messages and an emergency phone call to get the door code. When arriving late at night standing at the door for 20 min is not great. Hope they just send the code in future rather than a 2nd code box Unit Good Nice space overall, one comfortable king bed, 2nd king bed was springy and not very good. Pullout couch was okay for kids, adults will be uncomfortable. Good pillow choice. Kitchen Good Usual pots and pans, somewhat older thrift store quality. Some spices, soy sauce, oil, sugar, no condiments Bathroom Average 1st with shower only, tub not usable 2nd with tub and no vent fan Lanai Average basic furniture, not comfortable. 4 boogie boards 3 coolers in deck boxes 5 beach chairs 3 beach umbrellas 2 snorkel sets Pool and grounds Great Host Poor Dishwasher did not work and took 5 days and numerous msgs to get a repair. Host did compensate for loss.”
