“This condo was just as described in the best of ways. It's very impressive walking in, there was a lot of attention paid to details, very clean, great amounts of dishes/silverware/etc. available which helped us save money. The location was pretty perfect for what we wanted - accessible to Kona but also more directly located near the various Kohala coast beaches. Would love to stay here again if we come back to the Big Island.”

“Clean, quiet, and spacious. Be aware the main bedroom does not have a door to the bathroom and there are two open shutter type windows that open to the living room below. Sound and light carry from the downstairs to the main bedroom. Not a problem for us but good to know about the layout in case you need more privacy.”

“We highly recommend this condo. It is exactly as described (I’d actually say it looks better in person) and the hosts are very responsive and helpful. The condo was very spacious for our family of four. The balcony is large and the view is spectacular. We enjoyed eating on the balcony everyday and watching the sunset into the ocean. The kitchen is large and well stocked with dishes and utensils. There’s a common BBQ area too. The pool is huge and heated. There are also two hot tubs. The condo is walking distance to A-beach and several restaurants and shops. The area is quiet and we felt safe in the area too. We had a few questions during our stay and the hosts were quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the great hospitality!”

“Beautiful third floor condo overlooking golf course with sweeping views to north and east. We sat every morning on the large lanai to watch dawn break over Mauna Kea in the distance. The condo is comfortably furnished and has everything you need, including a well-stocked, remodeled kitchen for cooking at home. (I recommend the farmer's markets in Waimea town on the weekend and in Hilo every day for the best fresh produce!) Easy walking distance to King's & Queen's shops via short cut across the golf course, and ten minute walks to A-Bay and Giada's beaches, not to mention Lava Lava Beach Club just down the way! Great pool for lap swimming and two hot tubs. Two beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet, we added two brand-new boogie boards to the collection. This is the third condo in Vista Waikoloa that we've stayed in, highly recommend it! Note: there's no issue with hot water in the shower--you just have to press the safety button on the dial.”
