“What a fantastic unit. Steps away from the beach, kitchen appliances and laundry were high end units which worked to perfection. The beds are all tempurpedic and incredibly comfortable. Fantastic stay overall!”

The location was amazing - we could walk right out of the condo to the beach, walking trails, pool, and restaurants at the resort next door. We’d absolutely come back!”

It's very impressive walking in, there was a lot of attention paid to details, very clean, great amounts of dishes/silverware/etc. available which helped us save money. The location was pretty perfect for what we wanted - accessible to Kona but also more directly located near the various Kohala coast beaches. Would love to stay here again if we come back to the Big Island.”

“Clean, quiet, and spacious. Be aware the main bedroom does not have a door to the bathroom and there are two open shutter type windows that open to the living room below. Sound and light carry from the downstairs to the main bedroom. Not a problem for us but good to know about the layout in case you need more privacy.”

“First off, it's a beautiful home that has been lovingly taken care of. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are super comfy, it's all very clean and up to date, and the outdoor patio is very comfortable. The BBQ was spotless. There were plenty of quality beach chairs, umbrellas, and giant fluffy beach towels. The host is responsive. Loved the way they made the bed for optimum temperature control for two very different sleepers (hot and cold) TV is easy to use and the guest book had great instructions. Close to the pool!”

“We highly recommend this condo. It is exactly as described (I’d actually say it looks better in person) and the hosts are very responsive and helpful. The condo was very spacious for our family of four. The balcony is large and the view is spectacular. We enjoyed eating on the balcony everyday and watching the sunset into the ocean. The kitchen is large and well stocked with dishes and utensils. There’s a common BBQ area too. The pool is huge and heated. There are also two hot tubs. The condo is walking distance to A-beach and several restaurants and shops. The area is quiet and we felt safe in the area too. We had a few questions during our stay and the hosts were quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the great hospitality!”

“This is a beautiful home and property. The 5 bedroom layout was excellent and the decor was beautiful. Our issues came from problems with the pool heater that we spent 4 days trying to resolve, and in the end, the pool was never heated to the 84 degrees it was set at, although the spa finally worked. The pool guy was condescending, telling us it was cold outside and it was a big pool, so how could we expect the pool to get warm? The other issue was that the two pools that were part of the One Ocean community were also not heated, something that isn't noted anywhere on the listing, so we wished we had picked a home in a different community. Those issues aside, it is a luxury home with a beautiful view of the golf course and lagoon.”
