“The condo needs a lot of updating. The blinds were broken in almost every room. The carpet in hallway and stairs was extremely stained/dirty. I did not go barefoot in this condo! The smell of carpet urine was absolutely horrible. I had to put the rug in the bedroom outside as it was horribly smelling of urine. I also put the carpet in kitchen outside as it was covered in urine as well. We could not even eat or have coffee there as we could not stand the smell of the place. Highly recommended you stay elsewhere.”

“The beds were very comfortable. Everything was as we expected it to be. The property manager was very responsive. It was a good location for us, as we were spending time both in Waimea and at the beaches.”

“our family really enjoyed staying at the unit, as it only was a short drive from the airport and directly across from shopping, golf, pools and many other convenient amenities. No need to drive to the golf course as it was directly across and a five minute walk! My husband and I enjoyed playing golf at Waikoloa Village golf course while my parents went for a walk then stayed by the pool and enjoyed the relaxing time in Hawaii. The condo is in nice neighborhood and people are super friendly. With popular beaches only 10 minutes away it was actually much quieter near this unit. So anyone looking to be close but not near the busy resorts this was perfect.”
