“We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again! The condo is as nice as the pictures show. The kitchen was brand new and well stocked (even provided some Kona coffee!). There were plenty of beach towels/toys/umbrellas/chairs. The internet was fast. The air conditioning was reliable (have to make sure all the windows and doors are firmly shut). The balcony is a highlight! The pool is right across the lawn. The pool area was clean and quiet (there are mosquitos there though). There is a filtered water station near the community bbq area. The Hilton resort is a 5 minute walk away (the lagoon was awesome). Communication with Big Island Stays was fast and helpful. The only downsides were 1) The pool was actually a little too warm (1st world problems!) 2) The master bed is lumpy 3) The front door takes a little practice to open (turn it hard to the left after you think you cannot turn it anymore). Those are all minor but fully honest. Absolutely loved this place!”

“Great stay! A minor cleaning issue on arrival was quickly resolved by Tim, who was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The condo was nice, the location was perfect, and the pool and amenities were just a short walk away. We’d definitely stay again.”
