“Absolutely beautiful location and home. However, inferior WiFi and unable to use on top floor. Doors are heavy and sticky. Many broken standing fans around home. No AC made stay uncomfortable in the month of July. Ice maker not hooked up. All and all, at the price charged it was a little disappointing.”

“A Picture-Perfect Kona Retreat This condo exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, it felt private, quiet, and impeccably clean — a true home base for our stay. Parking was easy and plentiful, the beds and sofa were genuinely comfortable, and the smart TVs with streaming apps were a welcome bonus after long days exploring. The lanai quickly became our favorite spot — relaxing, peaceful, and offering a beautiful view we looked forward to every morning and evening. A thoughtful touch: the guest book is packed with excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Take the time to use it, and don’t hesitate to venture further out — an hour’s drive north opens up more of the island, and Hilo is well worth the trip for great food and the botanical gardens. This place struck the perfect balance of comfort and refreshment. We left feeling completely recharged, and we’d return in a heartbeat.”

“The property is beautiful, very well located, and exceptionally clean. The pools and BBQ area are excellent amenities. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. Since the property is managed by a company rather than an individual host, it feels a bit less personal and communication were not always smooth. There are also quite a few house rules. While I completely understand that they’re there to ensure everyone enjoys the property, they do make the atmosphere feel a bit rigid. We had a wonderful stay overall, and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.”

“Pros; - apartment clean - had everything we needed in the apartment (washer, dryer, microwave etc) - can walk to grocery store and restaurants Cons; - extremely loud AC unit, I couldn’t run the one in the bedroom at night with how loud it was - building work being done over the road which was quite loud at times - inaccurate website description, questioned the management company and was told Airbnb must have written the wrong information, then when I checked the description a few days later it hadn’t been changed and was still inaccurate”
