“House was perfect for our group. Location was ok but quite a ways to Honolulu or North shore. Beach supplies were perfect and were used a lot. Avant team was easy to work with when one of the air conditioners was down. Replacement was done same day. Kitchen had plenty of utensils and the provided supplies was just right for our stay.”

“Beautiful home in a beautiful location. Just be mindful that it’s about 1-1.5 hours from Honolulu, which we didn’t realize (our fault for not checking). Area seems very safe and secure and home is clean. Only reason I gave it 4 stars for cleanliness is that I dropped something under the bed and it was a bit dirty/dusty (to be fair, how does under your bed look though? lol). We had a few questions and owner was super responsive and friendly.”

“The house was a great place to stay. The location was peaceful and away from the tourist hustle. The house was clean and very comfortable with enough linens for our entire group. We parked a mini van in the garage and there was space to park a second, smaller vehicle. There were plenty of pool/beach items to use as well as lifejackets for younger kids. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and we appreciated that there was coffee and filters to get started for the first morning. It was surprising to not see an outdoor grill. When I contact the host they responded quickly that the grill is no longer available. This was the perfect house for our family trip. Thank you!”

“Our stay was wonderful. The staff at the security gate were friendly and professional. The check-in and directions to the house, made it very easy to find. The house itself was beautifully decorated and very clean. Everything we needed was easy to find. It accommodated all of our family very comfortably. The games and beach equipment in the garage was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this air bnb and would definitely stay there again.”
