“The bad: Couldn’t park in our spot because a car parked on the line and spaces are tight. Kitchen faucet had a leak, oven was missing a knob. There were visitor spots in the lot so we used those and the host quickly responded to the issues and had them fixed right away. Floor was dirty and full of sand. The good: The view was great. Sits right on the water and the 4th floors affords you privacy. Beach goers can’t see in. Good size condo with extra fold out beds and TWO BATHROOMS. This was huge for us. No A/C but plenty of fans. We kept the balcony screen and bedroom window open and the pass through breeze kept it cool. Plenty of beach items to use. Area is quiet and away from crowded areas but close to beaches, hikes, and everything else. The water in front has turtles everyday. Pool is well maintained and the jacuzzi is always hot and clean. Everyone in the building was nice and friendly. Grill, tables, and chairs beachside for dinners. Best area on O’ahu. Would stay here again.”
