“We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to shops and attractions but still quiet and relaxing. The host was very responsive and made check-in and communication seamless. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!”

“Great location, easy walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Condo was clean but it was definitely in need of paint and typical maintenance. Peeling paint on doors and trim. Wall corners significantly banged up, chipped floor tiles. Appliances were nice and clean. The floor level laundry had only 1 washer and 1 dryer but they were always available and clean. Great balcony views. Minimal beach toys/chairs provided. Plenty of kitchenware. No goodie basket for guests. AC worked great, beds were comfortable. Only issue we had was Red Awning has a local company Koko Resort handle problems. We had 4 people but only had towels for 2 and no bathroom floor mat. Took 4 days of repeated texts/calls back and forth with both agencies to finally get more towels. Bathtub wouldn’t hold water so we were told to go buy a stopper and we’d be reimbursed. Towel bar in bathroom was missing a screw and repeatedly fell until we fixed it ourselves. No bugs at all!”

“I would NOT recommend booking this stay for parties of 5+. They will refuse to provide you with enough bath towels, beach towels and blankets saying that because it was not stated on their listing, they will not provide. They even threatened to report us because we were “over the limit” despite the max occupancy of the stay being 6 people and we had 5. We had Airbnb intervene and claimed they would be bringing towels, but even then they lied about that and we never got those towels the entire stay. They did not provide us with hand soap either. This was the WORST airbnb experience I’ve ever had and would not recommend this stay. The only redeeming factors was location and view.”
