We had a great stay with our toddler! Great amount of space and very private. The best part was it is walking distance to two different beaches via a green belt path (well lit at night) down through the development.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We loved the area and amenities.

We stayed here because it was right next to the walking bath that went down to Turtle beach. The location is in close proximity to this path and it is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. The place had lots of space, was quiet and tucked away, had many different amenities and checked most of the boxes. Only negative is that the place is pretty rundown (high traffic rental), and the beds were not very comfortable.

A great house for a large family trip — we had 10 people and the space worked perfectly. Excellent location and a wonderful home base for exploring Kauai. As expected in the tropics, we encountered ants, flies, and a small lizard in the house, but it didn’t deter our stay.

We arrived at check in time (4pm) and the cleaners were still there. We had to wait 35 minutes for them to finish. Ants/bugs in the bathroom and kitchen. Some of our food was spoiled by bugs. Had to store our food in a trash bag to keep it safe. Then we started having issues with the power. Most of the house started to experience power flickering or no power at all. Lights and appliances either didn’t work or kept turning on and off, chiming loudly over and over. We were unable to use the appliances and refrigerator, no AC, no ceiling fans and lights. We contacted Vicki and she sent somebody out while we were at the beach and told me “everything checked out”. Well, when we returned late that evening all was not well. We went the whole night like this. Using our cell phones as flashlights in a hot house. I have requested a refund for that night. Vicki is claiming it was out of their control and has refused. There were no reported outages in the area according to the outage map. HORRIBLE
