“Great location, property is on the oceanfront. Short path down to the lava cliffs, with waves crashing. Air conditioning was a problem. Listing indicated aircon, but the description didn't mention that the second bedroom has no aircon. Furthermore, the master bedroom aircon was a portable unit, which was a bit loud. It worked ok for the one bedroom, but rather surprising to see a portable unit there. I will try to attach photos. The second bedroom was hot. We tried opening the louvers and sliding doors, but it didn't help a lot. Furthermore, the screen doors didn't lock, and you have noise from birds well before sunrise. Others have mentioned the mundane furnishings, but was comfortable, apart from the aforementioned issues with aircon.”

“This place was great! It’s pretty centrally located. Also lots of pools to pick from, which is perfect if you have kids. The walkability to pui’po beach is great! Will definitely be staying here again in the future!”

“Nice place, nice location. Wasn’t very clean when we arrived, had to sweep and wipe countertops when we got in. There were white liquids on the mirrors. Otherwise very good location and amenities. Very close to everything. Great place overall though and would recommend!”

“Comfortable place and in a good location for beach. Walkable trails to beach. All amenities made it very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. A/C makes it comfortable at night. It fit our family of 5 very nicely.”

“We arrived at check in time (4pm) and the cleaners were still there. We had to wait 35 minutes for them to finish. Ants/bugs in the bathroom and kitchen. Some of our food was spoiled by bugs. Had to store our food in a trash bag to keep it safe. Then we started having issues with the power. Most of the house started to experience power flickering or no power at all. Lights and appliances either didn’t work or kept turning on and off, chiming loudly over and over. We were unable to use the appliances and refrigerator, no AC, no ceiling fans and lights. We contacted Vicki and she sent somebody out while we were at the beach and told me “everything checked out”. Well, when we returned late that evening all was not well. We went the whole night like this. Using our cell phones as flashlights in a hot house. I have requested a refund for that night. Vicki is claiming it was out of their control and has refused. There were no reported outages in the area according to the outage map. HORRIBLE”

“Older complex in a FANTASTIC location! Pool, hot tub, grounds well maintained. Condo unit was rather run down needing several repairs (screen doors, sliding door, tub). The kitchen was barren, not well stocked as stated, nor in good condition. Only a keurig coffee maker with no complimentary pods to get us started. No spices, plastic wrap, foil or bags. 1st condo we have stayed at in Hawaii with no beach accessories (sand chairs, pool noodles, grass mats, blow ups, etc.). Listing stated many games on hand, only found one deck of cards. Beds were nice.”
