“Absolutely amazing stay! The place is even better than the photos, very spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. We especially loved the terrace, which felt quiet and private, with lovely plants that made it such a relaxing space to unwind. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!”

“We had a great time at Vicky’s place. Unfortunately our neighbors were a bit noisy during the night so that didn’t help us to have a good sleep. The apartment is nice and spacious, a bit outdated in decoration but it does the job for a good holiday in kauai ☺️”

“Condo is as described. Easy walking distance to pool and (for us) the beach. Athletic Club is nice. View from lanai is nice and peaceful. Very children friendly. Beaches and surrounding areas. Plaza of Shops had a Friday night kids movie outside. (With popcorn & snacks) There are lots of pool and beach toys! Washer and dryer is nice to have as well! Kitchen was equipped and nice to have foil and baggies to pack lunches for beach! The grills and eating area was very nice. Covered cabana with sink and prep area.”

“We arrived at check in time (4pm) and the cleaners were still there. We had to wait 35 minutes for them to finish. Ants/bugs in the bathroom and kitchen. Some of our food was spoiled by bugs. Had to store our food in a trash bag to keep it safe. Then we started having issues with the power. Most of the house started to experience power flickering or no power at all. Lights and appliances either didn’t work or kept turning on and off, chiming loudly over and over. We were unable to use the appliances and refrigerator, no AC, no ceiling fans and lights. We contacted Vicki and she sent somebody out while we were at the beach and told me “everything checked out”. Well, when we returned late that evening all was not well. We went the whole night like this. Using our cell phones as flashlights in a hot house. I have requested a refund for that night. Vicki is claiming it was out of their control and has refused. There were no reported outages in the area according to the outage map. HORRIBLE”

“Older complex in a FANTASTIC location! Pool, hot tub, grounds well maintained. Condo unit was rather run down needing several repairs (screen doors, sliding door, tub). The kitchen was barren, not well stocked as stated, nor in good condition. Only a keurig coffee maker with no complimentary pods to get us started. No spices, plastic wrap, foil or bags. 1st condo we have stayed at in Hawaii with no beach accessories (sand chairs, pool noodles, grass mats, blow ups, etc.). Listing stated many games on hand, only found one deck of cards. Beds were nice.”
