“Location, location, location. We were a bit hesitant because of the exterior pictures but the apartment is in a well kept residential area that felt very safe. The interior space is large and very well kept. The beds were extremely comfortable with upgraded linens and great pillows. There were 2 couples in our party of four so we normally look for 2 bedroom/ 2 bath but we opted for this space and it worked out fine. Each bedroom has their own privacy and the bath is located in the center hallway. Kitchen was large with a view as was the living area. What totally stands out about this place is the LOCATION. YOU CAN EASILY WALK TO POIPU BEACH which we did daily. You will stroll past numerous people fighting for a place to park while you have a dedicated covered parking space literally steps from the most coveted beaches. The rental also included 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, a good sized cooler, and a cooler bag. The property manager had great communication. Definitely would rent again.”

“Great location within walking distance to the beach. The Airbnb was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Having AC in every room was a huge plus, especially after spending time outside. The covered parking was also very convenient.”

“As advertised, this was a nice apartment in an amazing location. Kitchen was also well stocked. We were disappointed to find out that the washer/dryer were not in unit as listed when we booked. They are coin operated and shared by the whole building. One of the two dryers was out of order. We also had to try 5 stores to collect enough quarter for one load ($4.50). We have two toddlers so the washer/dryer were essential for us. This was also the first Airbnb where we had to pay for a pack-n-play, which was a $50 fee.”
