“Great stay! Perfect location, and accommodation had everything necessary to cook meals there. The washer and dryer were so nice to have to keep our packing as light as possible. Lots of available fans to help with the humidity. We did have some bug and lizard friends occasionally inside, as expected with the location. :)”

“Renter Beware!!! Mold issue with this house… The location was wonderful, and for the most part the house matched the description (some minor repairs to the house need to be made) and the management company was responsive to basic questions, one of the bedrooms had a SIGNIFICANT mold problem that would require major repair to fully eliminate the issue. We were forced to vacate one of the bedrooms because of the problem. As a result, we lost part of the rental. If the management company would have offered us another place to stay, we would have moved. Instead, the management company provided a small refund, but the amount did not match the issue we faced. Air BnB did their best resolve the situation, so kudos to them, but think carefully before you consider staying at this location … make sure that you written verification that the mold problem has been fully remediated. If that proof is provided, then, by all means, rent this house.”

“We loved staying here! It was perfect for us and we loved how close it was to everything. We walked most places and the beaches were all super close driving distances. The bed was comfortable and the ac unit in the bedroom was so nice to have at night to keep cool. Would definitely come back.”

“As advertised, this was a nice apartment in an amazing location. Kitchen was also well stocked. We were disappointed to find out that the washer/dryer were not in unit as listed when we booked. They are coin operated and shared by the whole building. One of the two dryers was out of order. We also had to try 5 stores to collect enough quarter for one load ($4.50). We have two toddlers so the washer/dryer were essential for us. This was also the first Airbnb where we had to pay for a pack-n-play, which was a $50 fee.”
