“The house is very nice. Met all our needs for family (wife, daughter, son, me). Well equipped kitchen, and house with other items for guest use like beach things. Pool is great. My only negative comment is related to the number of communication cards in the house warning you that you will be charged extra for things. There were lots of these cards, but one example is in each room at the air conditioning controller. States do not lower AC beyond set temperature due to humidity and potential damage that could occur due to moisture. IMO, at the price point, i should be able to do what i want with the AC. If we cant, just seems like there would be a better way to communicate this than stating you will be charged extra for damages if AC is turned up. The cards are tacky, its the 1st thing you see, and leaves bad first impression. I would still recommend the property to others, it is a great house. I would suggest to the Parrish team to change how they communicate their concerns.”

“The place was as described and well appointed. It was not the cleanest when we arrived with some trash left behind and cobwebs in several places. We suffered with the hurricane but the host still wanted to charge for a late check out when clearly know body was arriving.”

“It was a great unit with an amazing view, although it is a ground floor unit it should be mentioned there a several steps down to the entrance but again a wonderful condo! Boogie board, beach umbrellas,a cooler and beach chairs - very thoughtful and the binoculars all very much appreciated.”

“If I could leave zero stars I would. They were late to check us in and when we did get in the condo smelled, wasn’t clean, had feces on the furniture, something all over the bathtub, stains everywhere, and the list goes on. Do not stay here until this place is completely redone.”
