“Good spot close to Waikiki! Nice being on the top floor and has parking included. The bed is OK and the kitchen was sparse. It’s hard to beat the location though with a block walk to Waikiki. The door lock was a bit sketchy for my taste, but I never felt unsafe here. I would recommend the stay based solely on location, but maybe slightly overpriced for what you pay. Great for couples, would be tough with more than 2 people.”

“We stayed 2 months and left very disappointed. The unit was not clean on arrival—hair in bathroom, dirty surfaces, sticky glassware, crumbs, and leftover trash/paperwork. We sent photos immediately. Because it wasn’t ready, we were forced to stay elsewhere the first night. After the “cleaning,” the unit was STILL not properly cleaned—sticky glasses and trash still in the closet. I ended up having to clean it. Getting a refund for the first night took far too much effort. The refrigerator leaked the entire stay; Vacasa sent 3 repair visits and it was never fixed. Both of us slipped multiple times and had to keep a towel on the floor just to avoid injury. Misleading amenities: no hot tub on property, ceiling fan, golf access, hangers, hair dryer, iron, or playground. We left 2 weeks early with ample notice; under Vacasa's refund policy those 2 weeks should have been refunded, but Vacasa refused. There was a clear lack of accountability or empathy throughout. Building/location are great!”

“Even though the building itself is a bit worn down, the unit itself is pretty decent. As a guest, the main thing I got from this stay were the views and the location which were definitely worth it!”

“Die Unterkunft war im grossen und ganzen angenehm, ruhige Umgebung und sehr nette Nachbarn. Das einzige was wir zu bemängeln haben ist die Sauberkeit. Man merkte das der Boden seit längerem nicht nass aufgenommen wurde, die Küchenschränke waren schmutzig, im Kühlschrank gab es Fliegen. Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer waren aber sauber.”
