“WARNING - DO NOT RENT! - This ground floor unit doesn’t have functional locks on all screen doors - HUGE SAFETY CONCERN AT NIGHT - due to no air conditioning must keep screen doors opened to have air flow. - There is ceiling damage in the kitchen from a possible water leak that is not repaired and with two puncture holes that huge roaches and flies come out at all times of the day. - Roaches can be found in kitchen drawers and cabinets - had to place dishes and utensils into dishwasher to feel safe to eat from and with these items - Roaches are also in bathroom areas, bedroom areas, and living room (THEY ARE EVERYWHERE!) - Non stick cookware have deep scratches that are TOXIC to use to cook with. - Shower curtain had mildew and needs to be replaced ****On island representatives DO NOT REPLY to provide solutions to unacceptable issues or concerns **** POOL CODE was not given upon arrival so be sure to get that as soon as possible or you will be on the phone for a very long time”
