Maui Paradise Properties in Hawaii

“Overall the property was ok. The condo suited what we needed it to. Was very disappointed to find out when we checked in that the pool the only amenity that is offered was closed for 3 weeks without them mentioning it to us so that was a terrible start. They were having construction noise from 8:30-5 everyday we were there. I contacted the company, at first they were responsive until I got Airbnb involved and then nothing until I reached out to them. They gave us a very small compensation for the pool not being available which had we known in advance we would have switched locations, especially since we have kids and the pool was a big plus to this place. We did enjoy watching the surfers from the balcony, the condo was good for what we needed it to be. There is AC, BUT it is not whole home ac it is only in the bedrooms so that was misleading. The main area got slightly warm but worked with the fans. I would say if recommending to friends and family I would tell them to pick others.”
