“We liked our stay in this apartment hosted by Stay Aloha. We had one issue with a broken bathroom window that let flies and bugs inside the bathroom. They were everywhere on the walls in the entire bathroom. It was dirty and disgusting. We addressed the issue to the management on 2nd day and they were responding in a timely manner but nothing was done to repair the broken window and dead bugs on the walls while we were staying for 6 days. They said they will send the cleaning crew but it was on the last day of our stay. The bathroom was hot and smelly because we couldn’t keep the window opened. It was dirty, but also not safe. The broken window is facing a toilet. If the window opens and falls onto whoever using toilet, it could have caused injuries, too. How they handle this situation was very frustrating. Otherwise, it would have been really nice and perfect vacation.”
